Each box contains 6 incense-filled Charcoal Smudge Cups, as well as a metal burning plate and ceramic heat disc.

Take a lit match or lighter to the rim of the cup and once it is ignited work your way around the rim until the charcoal is gently glowing. Blow out any flame that may be present, leaving the cup to glow with smouldering heat. Carefully place the charcoal cup onto the metal plate with the ceramic disc beneath – place on a heatproof dish and keep out of reach of children or pets as the charcoal is very hot once lit.

The resins will naturally release their fragrant smoke once the cup heats up, cleansing your space and creating a naturally soothing atmosphere. Each pack contains six 2.5 – 3cm diameter charcoal cups in a well packaged gift box.
