REFUNDS

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or the item is not what you expected, if the item was described correctly in the advertisement. Please take note of information such as weights and dimensions.

Great care is taken to make sure information on advertisements is correct, however, if goods have been wrongly described to what you received you have up to 14 days to contact us at info@crystalsanctuary.com.au to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Parcels that are damaged by Australia Post need to be returned to your nearest Australia Post post office to claim up to $100 reimbursement for the item plus shipping. Original shipping box and all packaging material needs to be shown to the Australia Post staff to prove that the item was packaged correctly and well protected. Crystal Sanctuary Australia will not refund or replace items that are damaged in transit by Australia Post. All parcels leave our warehouse in perfect condition and very well packaged for shipping.

Parcels that are damaged by Sendle need to be photographed with the following items in the one single photograph.... broken item, shipping box, and all packaging. We can claim on your behalf from Sendle for the item cost to be reimbursed, including shipping costs. 

We do not take back items that have been damaged by the customer. Every single crystal is checked and carefully wrapped in damage proof wrapping and boxed carefully before it is shipped. Please treat your crystals and jewellery with care from the moment you take them out of the packaging. Crystals can break when dropped and mountings can break or stretch if they catch on something.

We cannot be responsible for breakages due to mishandling, accidents or lost crystals due to lack of care.  We don’t recommend you shower or sleep with your jewellery, or do physical work that can damage the crystal.

For unclaimed (returned) packages or incorrect shipping addresses which result in the package being returned to us, the customer will need to pay for re-delivery.
