Soul Sticks Palo Santo and White Sage Resin Rolled All Natural Artisan Incense

This is a sacred plants incense, inspired by natural smudging plants and herbs. 

Each stick is pressed together and hand-rolled with bamboo and contains only natural organic ingredients including copal, herbs and spices.

Light the incense and blow out the flame so the embers are glowing. with both hands, bring the smoke into your heart, over your head and down the front and back of your body to cleanse yourself. Then move room to room and starting with the lowest level of your space, use your hand or a feather to waft the smoke into all four corners, where the ceiling and walls meet. Then direct the smoke out through windows and doorways.
